This extremely rare and symbolic poster promotes Air France’s flights to Israel. Ancient ruins, glistening skyscrapers, a green plant, the blowing of the ram’s horn--all reflections of a unique and dynamic country with a rich history.
One more symbol, dotting the "i" in Israel, is the Hippocampus, a mythological creature in the form of a winged horse with a fishtail. This symbol of extreme speed over land and sea was the logo of Air France until 1976.
